TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • BOOKING POLICIES
    • Booking
      • All bookings should be made through the website or the Biowell App.
    • Cancellation
      • 24 hours’ notice must be given to cancel or rearrange any booked therapy.  Any therapy cancelled within 24 hours will be charged in full or debited from your monthly credits (if a member).
    • No-shows
      • If you do not show up for your therapy the therapy will be charged in full or debited from your monthly credits (if a member).
    • Late Arrival Policy
      • If you are late for you therapy we reserve the right to treat this as a ‘no-show’ and which case you will be charged as above.  Where possible we will make every attempt to accommodate within a new booking and without further charge.
    • Refund Policy
      • Any agreed refunds will be processed within 7 days of agreement.

  • MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS
    • The following outlines the general terms and conditions when signing up for any category of membership or contract package. Any further specific terms and conditions connected to any contract are provided within the contract Terms and Conditions.
      • Membership costs
        • All membership fees must be paid in advance (pre-payment basis) and can only be made by direct debit through electronic bank transfer
      • Prices
        • Prices are regularly reviewed and we reserve the right to make changes to any contract price at that time.  We will notify you of any changes via email giving you one month notice of any changes
      • Non-transferable
        • Unless specified in the contract terms all membership agreements and non-transferable
      • Membership Changes
        • In any 3 month period you can change your membership category by agreement with the specific Biowell site where your membership is held.
      • Membership Cancellation
        • You can cancel your membership at any time by giving one full months’ notice.  All cancellation requests mucg be made in writing and sent to membership@biowell.health
      • Membership ‘freezing’
        • Under certain circumstances you are able to pause (freeze) your membership.  Examples of where the circumstances would allow you to freeze your membership included serious illness or temporary relocation due to work.
        • All requests to freeze membership will be considered on an individual basis.  All freeze requests should be made in writing to membership@biowell.health

  • OUR RIGHTS TO CHANGE
    • We may change our services and therapies to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements or to improve the services provided.
    • In any case of change we will write to you with a months’ notice of the change(s) and how it will affect you.

  • HEALTH & SAFTEY
    • To receive any therapy you will be required to complete a health waiver.
    • You must adhere to any site safety requirements.

  • MEDICAL ADVICE
    • It is always advised that you should consult with your medical specialist.  If you choose to use the services with a medical condition and without advise it is at your own risk which you will have full responsibility for any adverse effects to your health & wellbeing. 
    • Any material we provide through the Site or at Biowell, including any recommendations or suggestions from our teams, is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis and/or treatment.

  • YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
    • To check therapies ate suitable for youTo comply with all the conditions listed  and within any specific agreement as purchased.Respect other customers rights and abide by any guidelines about the use of machinery and the site as a whole.
    • Not engage in any activities that may harm the reputation of Biowell Health.

  • OUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE SUFFERED BY YOU
    • Lockers are available for use by you whilst you are on our premises but lockers are subject to availability. You must remove your belongings from the locker at the end of each visit.  We reserve the right to open lockers without your permission or you being present.
    • We do not accept liability for any damage or loss to your personal property brought into our premises.
    • Lost property is held onsite for 2 weeks only after which time we reserve our right to dispose of the lost property items.
    • If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking this contract or our failing to use reasonable care and skill, but we are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if either it is obvious that it will happen or if, at the time the contract was made, both we and you knew it might happen, for example, if you discussed it with us during the sales process.
    • We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors; for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; for breach of your legal rights in relation to the services.

  • CHANGES TO TERMS OF USE
    • These terms and conditions are reviewed and updated regularly.  The current terms and policies will be those currently shown on the website.

  • INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
    • You may use our site for personal use and in accordance with our terms of use. You may not copy or use any material from our site for any commercial purpose.
    • We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our site, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.
    • The Intellectual Property rights in all contents of our site and supplied as part of the products or services, and in the Biowell Health brands’ trade marks and logos (“Materials”) are owned by us. You must not use the Biowell Health  brands, logos or marks without a written licence from us.
    • Except to the extent expressly set out by us, you are not allowed to make any copies of any part of any Materials, or remove or change anything on our site, include or create links to or from our site without our written authority, or remove or change any copyright, trade mark or other Intellectual Property right notices contained in any Materials or copies thereof.
    • Biowell Health holds the rights to withdraw the offer at any time without notice.
