All red light treatments are conducted in a state-of-the-art, full-body PBM bed within a private therapy room.

After registration, our team will guide you to your private room, set up the equipment, and provide the necessary instructions to prepare for your session.

Once the therapist leaves you, we recommend you undress and lie on the bed, pulling the cover over yourself (it’s similar to a sunbed).

The LED lights emit red light (for cells nearer the skin) and near-infrared light (for cells in deeper tissue) to maximise the therapy benefits.

We offer cutting-edge whole-body light pods in collaboration with Cell Stack, a global leader in advanced red light technology.

Engineered with the latest LED innovations, these pods ensure comprehensive therapeutic benefits for your entire body.

What are the benefits of Red Light Therapy?

Reduces Inflammation

Collagen production is increased, supporting the recovery of damaged blood vessels and cartilage.

Anti-Ageing

Improves skin condition by stimulating collagen production and reducing skin damage.

Accelerated Recovery

Recovery from exercise is improved by decreasing inflammation and increasing muscle mass.

Enhanced Cognitive Function

Blood flow and oxygen to the brain are elevated through the mitochondria, increasing the widening of blood vessels.

Boosts Energy

The mitochondria in your body absorb the red light, boosting energy production and general health.

Supports Weight Loss

Red light reduces cellulite production by breaking down fat cell membranes, allowing those cells to be removed from the body.

Reduce Pain

Get increased relief from symptoms as your mitochondria absorb the red light and help to reduce pain.

Improved Sleep

Red light wavelengths stimulate melatonin production, a naturally occurring hormone that helps you relax and sleep.

Boosts Fertility

Cellular fuel (ATP) is increased, supporting increases in oxygenated blood to reproductive areas.

Specific Condition Benefits

It’s important to understand that everyone is different and that results can vary based on a multitude of factors pertaining to our bodies and lifestyles.

In addition to the benefits above, Red Light Therapy can help with:

  • Neurological diseases and peripheral nerve injuries

FAQs on Red Light Therapy

What should I wear?

To maximise the benefit, the red light is emitted directly to the skin, so in most cases, you will remove all items of clothing. Therefore, you can wear whatever you would like and then undress in the private room where your therapy will be received.

What is the therapy like?

The therapy is non-invasive and really relaxing. The light is warm but not hot and it is very comfortable. You may feel so relaxed that you close your eyes whilst enjoying the therapy.

How long is the therapy?

We have many general and specific therapies that range in length between 15 and 30 mins.

How do I know what therapy or program I need?

Our therapies are expertly programmed with specific outcomes and designed to meet individual needs. All you need to do is select your treatment length when booking and one of our health optimisers will help you when with us.

How many treatments can I have?

There are no restrictions on the number of treatments that you can have, but it is recommended that multiple sessions will have the greatest effect.

It is advised that ongoing regular use will help support optimisation and maintain the benefits through treatments. We recommend at least two therapies per week for maximum benefit.

Can this be combined with other therapies?

Definitely. We advise combining therapies (bio-stacking) to advance results and achieve the greatest optimisation. We also advise that when you commence your optimisation journey with us you have Compression Therapy in the first instance to prepare the body to derive maximum benefit from each individual therapy.

Can I have a therapy if I am pregnant?

Absolutely, there are no side effects during pregnancy. If you have any general concerns with your pregnancy, you should consult your medical advisor before receiving any therapy.

Is the Red light bad for your eyes?

No, it is particularly good for them. Our eyes are very dense with mitochondria, and they benefit from PBM, just like the rest of the body’s cells. Therefore, there is no need for eye protection.

When is Red Light therapy not advised?

If you have any condition with photosensitivity, malignant lesions or medication that makes you photosensitive, you should not use red light therapy. If you are unsure, you should seek medical advice before booking.

Additionally, you should not use Red Light Therapy with new tattoos as the irradiance setting may cause pain as the dye absorbs the light.
