Membership questions

Yes, any time, with no exit fee. Membership is monthly and we would rather you stayed because it is useful than because you are locked in.

For individual recovery therapies such as the sauna, compression or red light, you can book directly. For anything clinical — IV therapy, HBOT courses, or any programme — we ask for a consultation first so we can check it is appropriate for you.

Every programme has a built-in review point, and it is a genuine decision rather than a formality. If something is not working we change it. If we do not think continuing is the right call, we will say so.

There is no joining fee and no minimum term, so starting is a small decision. If you would rather test one therapy before committing, book a single session and decide afterwards.
