    For the NHS, emergency services and armed forces

    Biowell takes part in the Blue Light Card scheme. If you hold a card, your discount code is in the Blue Light Card app rather than here — that is where the scheme keeps its rates current.

    How to claim it

    1. Sign in to the Blue Light Card app or website and search for Biowell.
    2. Open our listing and copy the discount code shown on it.
    3. Give the code to the team when you book, or at reception on the day.

    A student rate, in the works

    We are putting a student rate together with a local partner. What it covers and how you prove you are studying are still being agreed, so there is nothing to claim yet — but it is coming, and the team can tell you where it has got to.

Questions about paying for this

For individual recovery therapies such as the sauna, compression or red light, you can book directly. For anything clinical — IV therapy, HBOT courses, or any programme — we ask for a consultation first so we can check it is appropriate for you.

Every programme has a built-in review point, and it is a genuine decision rather than a formality. If something is not working we change it. If we do not think continuing is the right call, we will say so.

Yes, any time, with no exit fee. Membership is monthly and we would rather you stayed because it is useful than because you are locked in.
